Our Head of HSQE, Richard Nelson, has kick-started a new training programme with sessions covering asbestos awareness, dermatitis, and needle and sharps safety.
Richard is also leading the launch of our new and improved Training Academy, set to go live by March 2025. Some of the key courses will include:
- Understanding ISO Standards
- Disability Awareness
- Cyber Security and more.
Alongside these updates, we have enhanced our Health & Safety induction, reinforcing our commitment to keeping our engineers and those around them safer than ever before. To improve accessibility and efficiency, Richard is also integrating SharePoint, allowing all employees to quickly access policies, procedures, and key documents within our Integrated Management System.
Additionally, we have introduced the Sign In App, an automated visitor and employee check-in system. This will help us comply with fire regulations and further enhance workplace safety.
