As an innovative and progressive organisation, we’re always on the lookout for new talent and enthusiastic individuals to expand our team, which is why we’re especially pleased to welcome Jade Farrell to Apex Lifts.
Jade is our newest Service Co-ordinator and brings a wealth of experience to the role. Prior to joining Apex, Jade worked as an Escalator Administrator for a reputable rail company where her role included running reports, raising purchases orders and handling daily calls. Having acquired a taste for the industry, Jade was keen to progress her skills further within the lifts sector.
“When I came across the role at Apex, I jumped at the opportunity to apply” says Jade, “I’ve always enjoyed working with high-profile clients and the fact that Apex Lifts is a Royal Warrant holder meant that joining the company was the ideal next step.”
As Service Co-ordinator, Jade will be responsible for liaising with clients, compiling reports and collating service statistics. Additional duties will include presenting KPIs internally and externally and providing general administrative support to the Service Director and Service Supervisors.
